Cancellation Policy

Rental and Event Spaces 2.1 Rental Agreement ● The Client may reserve spaces for events and meetings subject to availability. 2.2 Refund Policy for Event Rentals ● Clients must provide at least 15 days' written notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. ● Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may result in a partial to no refund. ● Requests for exceptions to this policy must be directed to info@influxbusinesshub.com. 2.3 Refund for Private office ● Clients must provide at least 4 hour written notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. ● Cancellations made within 3 hours of the event may result in a partial to no refund. ● Requests for exceptions to this policy must be directed to info@influxbusinesshub.com. 2.4 Damage Responsibility ● The Client is responsible for any damages to the provided space and/or materials during their use. ● Any damages will be assessed and the Client will be notified of the costs. Payment for damages is due upon notice. If the invoice is not paid within 7 business days, your card on file will be charged. Unpaid invoices without prior communication may result in collection actions. 3. Liability 3.1 General Liability ● The Client agrees to use the facilities at their own risk. Influx Business Hub or any subsidiaries, is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by the Client or their guests while using the facilities. 3.2 Indemnification ● The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Influx Business Hub, its employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the facilities. 4. Code of Conduct 4.1 Professional Environment ● Clients are expected to maintain a professional atmosphere while using the facilities. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by Influx may result in immediate termination of the membership. 5. Amendments 5.1 Changes to Agreement ● Influx Business Hub reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing. 6. Governing Law 6.1 Jurisdiction ● This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of North Carolina, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
